Hours & crew
Tanda owns the clocked hours. The crew app only tags which job each stretch belongs to, and we split Tanda's approved hours across those tags. Job hours always sum to the payslip, we never invent an hour.

Why this matters
Today this time hits the P&L as one wages line, and the build work in it is invisible. Split across jobs, the build hours roll into the asset ($1,490 this week onto AV360-07 alone), service time stays expense, and the payslip still matches Tanda to the minute.
Invariant: sum of job hours = Tanda approved hours, per tech, per day. Anything uncovered waits in Exceptions.
